Disability Discrimination

Taking a stand against workplace discrimination to protect your rights

Disability Discrimination Deserves Justice

I am in your corner to get the fair treatment you deserve

I am in your corner to get the fair treatment you deserve. Experiencing disability discrimination at work is incredibly stressful, especially when facing powerful employers. If you’ve been discriminated against due to a disability in violation of California law, I will stand by your side to fight for your rights and hold your employer accountable for their actions.

Understanding Disability Discrimination

I will help you understand your rights and protections under California law

California law protects employees who have physical or mental disabilities. A “physical disability” is any disease, disorder, condition, disfigurement or anatomical loss that affects a body system and limits a major life activity. A “mental disability” is any mental or psychological disorder that limits a major life activity.

Employers must provide employees with “reasonable accommodations” to perform essential job functions, which can include:

  • Leave of absence for treatment and recovery
  • Job restructuring
  • Modified work schedules
  • Reassignment to vacant positions
  • Equipment modifications
  • Reserved parking
