Founder & Attorney

Decades of Experience Advocating for Clients Like You.

I founded Fairchild Employment Law in 2022 to help employees who have been wronged. As a woman-owned law firm, we understand the issues facing women in the workforce, especially regarding gender and pregnancy discrimination.

Prior to attending law school, I held almost every type of job, including working in restaurants as a server and in multiple types of retail locations from a department store to a toy store. I have also held positions in newspapers, a hair salon, cosmetics, and telemarketing. I understand what it is like to work in many types of jobs and how it feels when you are not treated fairly. Because of my varied work experience, I have a rare ability to bring empathy and compassion to my practice in representing employees that have faced challenges in the workplace. I understand that taking on your employer can feel stressful and overwhelming. I will be here to provide guidance to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

Before starting Fairchild Employment Law, I worked as a defense attorney in law firms across San Diego, including an Am Law 100 law firm representing Fortune 500 companies. I worked my way through the ranks to national partner in firms that were predominantly owned and run by male attorneys. I bring my personal and professional experience to help me recognize the discrimination and harassment women face in their workplaces. For more than a decade, I litigated on behalf of companies and their insurers, as well as serving in an advice and counsel role for employment matters. Because of this experience, I know how defendants and their attorneys operate, which gives me a unique perspective when it comes to crafting the strategy for your case.

When I am not fighting for my clients, you can usually find me rooting for my daughter at the soccer field. I am also an avid Pilates practitioner and passionate Purdue basketball fan.
